Recipe : Cinnamon Roll Bread Variations [ENG

Let's make snack for weekend, the ingredients is easy to find, the important thing is we have great passion to make it, so you can make it! Fortunately I have the recipe. From so many experiments (like research haha) I think this recipe give nice result for making soft bread. This recipe is modification from cinnamon roll because we rolled the bread. The different things is the filling. Usually cinnamon roll using some kind of spices like nutmeg and friends while this one using some kind of jams and chocolate like srikaya, sprinkles chocolates, pineapple, strawberry and original spice cinnamon to make a comparison. 

 
Here's the ingredients :
  • 3-4 cup All purpose flour, you can use bread flour (it's also better and good), for the measurement can be use some measurements cup or any kind of cup that you have at home.
  • 2-3 tbs butter  
  • 1 egg yolk for dough
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing mixed with 1 tbs sweetened condensed milk
  • 2-3 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1-2 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • Any kind of jams : pineapple, srikaya, strawberry, cinnamon powder, sprinkles chocolates, according to your like 
How to make :
  1. First, dissolved yeast into water, add sugar and salt so it can dissolved nicely. Let it seat for 5-10 minutes until the yeast become foamy.
  2. In big bowl, add flour, vanilla extract, mixture of yeast, egg yolk and butter. Mix it well with big spoon from plastic. Knead it until it's well combined.  
  3. Knead it well by hand until smooth and elastic, you can also use bread mixer.
  4. After that, add baking powder. Knead  it again and let it seat and covered it with plastic wrap until double in size or at least around 1-2 hours. 
  5. Grease the pan with butter. 
  6. Flattened the dough.
  7. Rolled the dough with rolling pin, flattened it, make big square shape. Brush/ add filling to the dough. Rolled and cut it into equal pieces. Put it in pan. Let it seat again for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Brush the top of the bread with mixture of egg yolk and sweetened condensed milk.
  9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius
  10. Bake it for 20-25 minutes. Raise the heat until 200 degrees celsius until golden browned. 
  11. Your bread is ready to be served!
