Recipe : Seasoned Sausages Bread (Dough Part II)



Hi! This post is the continuation from my sweet bread with filling here
We don't need to make another dough for this, we just used the remaining dough from the sweet bread with filling before .
For this sausages bread, we need another ingredients beside the thing that's already made from the previous bread dough recipe. We need filling and topping (adjust it to your taste):
2 medium Sausages for filling
2 type mayonnaise : original and spicy for topping (choose whatever you like)
Chili sauce for topping
Grated cheese for topping
Mixed herbs for sprinkles
Sesame seeds for sprinkles


How to make :
1. Take the dough that's already made before in previous recipe
2. Make the dough into 2 pieces (small and large depend on your liking, you can make it the same size). Flatten the dough, add the sausages and then cover and make long shape dough from it


3. With the small dough, cut the dough, don't cut it to the end, leave some space like this.
 4. With the large dough, we can make it like this

 5. Pull apart each cut to the other side like this.

 6. Brush it with brushing mix from before. Add topping : cheese, sesame seeds, mixed herbs, spicy mayonnaise, chili sauce.

 


7. For the remaining dough, we can make it into small round bread, topping it to your liking.
8. Let it rise again for another 10-15 minutes
9. Bake it at 230 degree celsius for 15-17 or until golden brown.

10. Your bread is ready to be served! Enjoy
