Indonesian street food recipe : Martabak telur

Here's another series of Indonesian street food that I like, you can find it in traditional market/dessert shop and of course in street. It's simple and easy version of "Martabak Telur" the main ingredients of this snack is egg! Egg means telur in Indonesian (bahasa), there's full version/more savory with meat (chicken or beef). I'm just make it since it's easy, fast and satisfy my palate. Let's make it!

Crunchiness of Indonesian's street food!

Here's my "Martabak Telur" recipe!

Ingredients and preparation:
20 pieces Skin wrap (one package), separate each skin
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup water
1 egg
2 tbsp hot pepper flakes
1/2 tbsp salt (depend on the saltiness of the salt and your taste)
1 tsp chicken/beef stock powder
2-3 stalks green onion, chopped it nicely
chili sauce for serving

Add all the ingredients in the bowl (add egg and green onion in the end so there's no lump), mixed it well.

We can make it in 3 shape like this! for the small triangle shape we can cut the wrap into 2 like this!
Add the filling (1 tbsp) for each wrap

Preheat the frying pan with oil in it, after it's heat enough, fry all the wrap until golden browned. Enjoy! serve it with chili sauce!
