Weekend Hotpot Tom Yum!

Hi! Everyone! How's your weekend? In this post I'd like to share my very favorite easy dish recipe to enjoy with whole family. We just need to mix all the ingredients.

Nowadays I'm feeling like Thailand dish suit my palate more so I always save some Thai special sauce especially Tom Yum flavor; sweet, sour and a bit spicy, so flavorful. Let's make it!

The main ingredients for this hotpot of course hotpot set like : any kind of sausages, any kind of meatballs (beef meatball, chicken meatball, fish ball/fish cake, salmon meatball), any kind of tofu (wet or dry tofu, optional), dumpling.
1 Instant noodle ( I use cup noodles)
1-2 cup water
1-2 tbsp Tom Yum paste (ready use/instant paste)
1/2-1 tbsp Chili sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
a pinch of white pepper
2 stalks Green onions
Fried onions for sprinkles (onions that's been sliced thinly and fried until golden brown), there's also package of it that's ready to use

Since the main ingredients still frozen, so I leave it for a few minutes in room temperature and then soak it in hot water.
Cut all the main ingredients to your desire size or just leave it in their original shape.

For the sausages I cut it this way and save it just for fry on pan until golden brown.

It can be served like this or you can add it into hotpot soup directly .

Turn on the heat, Boiled water for hotpot and add green onions first to give nice smell to the stock,
then add all main ingredients, cook it well
sprinkle salt, pepper
add instant cup noodles last
Turn off the heat
add tom yum paste and chili sauce, mix it well
sprinkles fried onions (optional)
Enjoy your hotpot!

Also cut some pears to freshen your day!
