[ENG] Cooking Recipe : Simple Big Bread

 
 
Hi! everyone, in this post I'd like to share my simple bread recipe. I've tried this way is much more easier, fluffy and soft bread for your breakfast, picnic, or any other special occasion. We can just eat it plainly since it's soft, just add butter or jam will be more delicious; toast it also nice taste, prepare milk together when eat this will also be nice. You can make it with your family so it will be more exciting to make. I add my favorite ingredient like sesame seeds since it also has many benefit for our body. Sesame seeds can detoxify our body, eliminate depression, improve blood circulation, protect against radiation and many more. Let's check it out!

Ingredients :
3 cup of all purpose flour
3 tbsp milk powder
4-5 tbs butter
1 egg yolk for dough
1 cup of warm water
1 tsp instant yeast
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking powder
1 egg white for brushing
sesame seeds for sprinkles

How to make
1. Mix ingredients I : flour, milk powder, butter, egg yolk, salt
2. Mix ingredients II: warm water, instant yeast, sugar
3. Mix ingredients I and II
4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, sprinkle a pinch of baking powder, knead it again until the dough well combine and elastic
5. Let it seat for 1 to 2 hours or until double in size
6. Punch the dough, knead and let it rise again for another hour
7. Prepare pan with brushing some butter on it
8. Shape the dough and put it on bread or loaf pan or any pan for baking
9. Brush the dough with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds
10.Preheat the oven and Bake at 185 degrees celsius for 30 minutes
11.Your bread is ready to be served. Cool it down and slice it. Enjoy!
