Hi! I'm glad that I can finally post this one. This post topic is one of the request from Dee. Dee, here we go! I'm trying to make post about my favorite makeup. Maybe I'll try to start it from what kind of makeup brand or type that I used and I feel like it and often used it so it became my favorite one.

Actually there's so many makeup product that I love and became my favorite! It also depend on my mood that day! I prefer using makeup to lighten and cheering up my day! Let's get it!

This one is the cushion that help me make my makeup looks smooth and nice from LANEIGE BB Cushion whitening! I'll make a post about this later! I'm just saying it's my favorite one here, more about this later on, ok!

To make our makeup nice on skin, we need some facial wash/ cleanser that can make our skin healthy, clean and nicely moisten effect to the skin. And for this, I choose LANEIGE, I'm just falling in love with LANEIGE Multi Cleanser_EX! It give fresh, clean and nice feeling beside calming our face after using some makeup product or clean our face when needed. I'm satisfied with this.

Actually I'll make another post again about other LANEIGE product that I use now later! I hope it can be done soon! I also got so many gift of this multi cleanser in sachet/mini package like this! I like it!



Before using some makeup product, I used to use this aloe vera mist from NATURE REPUBLIC! It's cooling sensation make my skin calm and moist! Love this so much and it's already empty now since I'm often use this, wanna buy this again but there's no stock available in the shop, waiting for this! 



Because i love simple and natural makeup! I rarely using so many product. I prefer using cushion to make my face brighter and moisten my skin at the same time. This cc cushion give fresh feeling and calming my skin. Love this so much, THE FACE SHOP always make great product with cute case also! With this, I can get nice makeup even in a hurry! I'm one of the lip product lover, especially lipstick and tint! Yoooo! and now I'm just in love with this brands! My favorite makeup for lip is using ink tint! it's much more light than reguler lip product and it also soft and moisten lip  beside it's easy to apply and long lasting benefit. I love using Peripera Ink Tint! I'm also make post about this Peripera one here ! With this ink tint, we can get fresh look and bright face with natural looking makeup! the color of this tint is beautifully nice on lip! Just choose your color of the day with this!



The other one that I used often for my lip is this one! AMALIA! there's 2 type lip cream, the matte one and the glossy one! there's so many color and mostly nude! it can make nude make up/ natural make up for my everyday makeup looks good! Actually first impression of this product for me just ok, but eventually I love this so much now! Hope you can try this product and like it like me!



For the shadow and blush, I love ETUDE HOUSE!

This bling bling eye stick works great on my eyes, it's freshen my look with a little bit glittery effect! 



This blusher from ETUDE HOUSE also freshen our cheek like fresh fruit! love it!

Yeah! I'm back with 1 dough get 2 recipes again! Here's my 1 dough with 2 recipes from before RECIPE : Sweet Bread with Filling, Easy Pull Apart Bread with Filling (Dough Part I) and Recipe : Seasoned Sausages Bread (Dough Part II).

We can make 2 type of bread with one recipe! We can make more variant of bread this way without being burdened with so many expenses and time we spent to make it! Here's my 2 type bread for this recipe : first is this mini bread with filling, second one is long bread with sesame seeds! Enjoy this 2 recipes! Let's get started!



Now, there's so many bakeries that offer more mini bread with filling. We can choose more bread in one packaged bread. It can be sweet filling or salty type filling. For now, I make 4 different taste (filling) of mini bread :
  1. Banana with sesame seeds topping
  2. Chocolate with chocolate sprinkles and sesame seeds topping
  3. Sausages with sausage, mayo, chili sauce, mustard, melted cheese, herbs and sesame seeds topping
  4. Cheese with melted cheese and sesame seeds topping
For this recipe (we can make around 16 pieces of mini bread with this), we need: 

For the dough:
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter/ margarine
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 egg yolk
a pinch of salt 
a pinch of baking powder

For filling (add to your like or appropriate amount): 
banana chunks, 
chocolate sprinkles, 
cocktail sausages (any kind of sausages is fine), slice it into small pieces 
melted cheese, grated/ slice it thinly
granulated sugar
mixed herbs
sesame seeds (optional, add it if you feel like it)

For topping (add to your like or appropriate amount): 

chocolate sprinkles, 
cocktail sausages (any kind of sausages is fine), slice it into small pieces 
melted cheese, grated/ slice it thinly
mayonnaise
chili sauce
mustard
mixed herbs
sesame seeds

This one is made for chocolate filling and topping 

For brushing :
1 egg white and 1 or 1/2 tbs milk for brushing

Step by step :

  1. Mix milk, instant yeast and sugar, salt, seat for 5-10 minutes.
  2. In the mixing bowl, add flour, mixed yeast (from step number 1), butter/margarine, egg yolk, knead it well until it became smooth and elastic for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add a pinch of baking powder to the dough, knead it well. 
  4. Leave the dough for 1-2 hours or until it double in size.
  5. Take the dough, cut it into small size, equally (around 16 pieces)

6. Flatten, add filling and make it into round shape. Place it in the baking pan that already grease with butter.


7. Brush the bread. Add topping to each bread according to it's filling.


8. Let it seat for around 5-10 minutes


9. Preheat the oven at 185 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and bake it for 9 minutes.
10. Bake it for 1 minutes at 200 degrees celsius and 10 minutes at 230 degrees celsius or until golden browned. Serve it! Enjoy!






Korean fever still booming now and I love donuts/ doughnuts, so it's better if we make our own doughnuts with korean style! If you like watching korean show or their culture food, you must be know Korean Twisted Doughnuts. The original of the recipe use topping with sprinkle granulated sugar until the doughnuts full of sugar or you can add cinnamon powder to get spices taste! For the new creation of this doughnuts, I add sesame seeds inside the doughnuts to make it more delicious and good for health! It's also get inspired by Maangchi. There's also this recipe in BAHASA [INDO here!

  

The ingredients is easy to find! Here's the ingredients :

As usual, we're using measurement cup to make it easier to count!

3 cup all purpose flour + 1/4-1/2 cup for dusting
1 cup lukewarm water
3 tbs powdered milk
2 tbs butter/margarine
2 tbs granulated sugar
1/2 sdt vanilla extract (optional)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp instant dry yeast

1 pinch baking powder

2-3 tbs sesame seeds for filling (optional, depend on your like)
2-3 tbs powdered sugar for sprinkles (mix-mix)

Vegetable oil for frying

How to :
  1. Mix water, powdered milk, sugar, vanilla extract and margarine/butter on pot, turn on the heat it on small heat, mixed it well until butter melted, let it seat for around 1 minutes.
  2. Add egg yolk, mix it fast so the egg didn't clot. Let it seat until it become lukewarm, and then add yeast, mix well.
  3. Add 3 cup flour, mix it well. Knead with hand until it's become soft and elastic for around 10-15 minutes, add baking powder. Knead it again.
  4. Let the dough rest until 1-2 hours or until it double in sizes.
  5. Dusting hand with flour. Flatten the dough. Cut the dough into small round shape (around 16 pieces). Dusting it.
  6. Take the dough, press it and add the filling (sesame seeds). Roll the dough.
7. Make the dough become long, twisted it.





8. Let it rise again for 5-10 minutes.

 

9. Prepare oil for frying.
10. Fry on small-medium heat until golden brown. Korean twisted doughnut is ready to be served. Sprinkles/mixed the doughnuts with white powdered sugar or granulated sugar to your like or enjoy as it is! It's make more than a dozens donuts, enjoy!
