Halo! di postingan kali ini, saya ingin berbagi resep cemilan paling favorit saya, Jamur Krispi! Cara bikinnya mudah, kita hanya perlu jamur sebagai bahan utamanya, bahan-bahan lainnya ada di dapur karena bahan dasar yang mudah kita temui dan pakai di dapur! Ayo kita bikin dan nikmati jamur krispi sambil nonton tv, mendengarkan musik atau browsing internet! Happy cooking!



Untuk resep ini, kita perlu :
Jamur, dipotong/bentuk lebih kecil dengan tangan


1-1 1/2 cup terigu
1 sdm garam
1 sdm merica bubuk putih
1 sdm bubuk kaldu ayam
1 telur (pilihan bisa pakai atau tidak, untuk resep ini saya tidak menggunakan telur, jika kamu menggunakan telur, maka celup/baluri jamur dengan terigu, celup ke telur lalu lumuri dengan terigu lagi)
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat :
1. Cuci jamur sebanyak 2-3 kali, tiriskan.
2. Campur semua bahan : terigu, garam, merica bubuk putih, kaldu ayam bubuk
3. Tambahkan campuran ke jamur yang sudah ditiriskan, campur rata dengan lembut
4. Siapkan wajan, panaskan, tambahkan minyak
5. Goreng jamur hingga kecoklatan dan krispi. Tiriskan.
6. Jamur krispi siap dihidangkan. Hidangkan dengan saus cabe! Selamat menikmati!

Hello everyone! In this post I'd like to share one of my favorite snack ever, Crispy Mushroom! It's quite easy to make it, we just need mushrooms for the main ingredients, other ingredients is already available at home because it's basic ingredients! Let's get it and enjoy it while watching television, listen to music or browse internet! Happy cooking!



For this recipe, we need :
Mushrooms, slice it with hands into smaller pieces



1-1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
1 egg (optional, for this recipe I don't use any egg, if you're using egg, dip in mushroom into flour then into egg and dip it into flour again)
Oil for frying

How to make :
1. Wash the mushrooms for 2-3 times and drained it well.
2. Mix all the ingredients : flour, salt, white pepper powder, chicken stock powder
3. Add the mixture to the mushrooms, mix it well lightly/ gently.
4. Prepare your frying pan, heat it up, add oil.
5. Fry the mushrooms until golden browned and crispy enough. Drained it well.
6. Your crispy mushrooms is ready to be served. Served it with chili sauce! Enjoy!
