(붕어빵)

  • 1 cup terigu
  • ½ sdt baking soda
  • 2-3 sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera)
  • 1 cup air
  • 1 sdm minyak goreng untuk campuran adonan (optional, kadang kita pakai, kadang tidak)
  • 1 sdm minyak goreng untuk mengoles pan
  • Keju stik, potong kecil
  • Pisang dipotong kecil-kecil, dilembutkan sedikit saja biar masih ada teksturnya. Versi originalnya pakai pasta kacang merah. Karena suka pisang, jadi saya pakai pisang.
  • Wijen 1sdm
Resep ini modifikasi dari resep original yang saya tonton di channel youtube maangchi.

Pertama-tama, campur semua bahan kering (terigu, baking soda, gula, wijen), tambahkan air

Your korean fish-shaped cake bungeoppang is ready to be served. Enjoy it while it's still hot!

Hi! Here's my simple style dinner with korean style dinner! It doesn't take much time and effort to make this! You just need cocktail sausages with any kind of flavor, my favorite is carrot flavor so I can get carrot pieces in my sausages, feels healthy although it's still sausages and it's instant food haha! but you might feel the way I am, making vegetables or fruit taste as an excuse it's healthy while it's junk food!

I'm also need chunks of tuna, just add some pieces, canned tuna is easier to get and it also tasty!
Minced garlic can enhance the flavour of the soup and so do green onion!
Chili flakes is a must to make this dish because korean food identical with red color and chili flakes taste! Don't forget to add some ramyun (noodles) to get chewy texture on the soup!

While I'm at it, I'm already cooked my rice, so it's ready to be served!

Let's make this delicious and reddish soup!
  1. In the pot add 1-2 cup of water. Add chili flakes (2 tbsp) and minced garlic (1 cloved), boiled it.
  2. Add the ramyun. Leave until the ramyun cooked.
  3. Add the sausages boiled it down and last add chunks of tuna. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle some green onion.
  5. It's ready to be served. Enjoy! Served it with rice while it's still hot!
I love it so much! the taste is deliciously hot and nice especially when the weather is cold and we need some warm soup.

We also can make this green onion pancakes as side dishes for dinner with mixed 1/2 cup of flour, water, a pinch of salt and green onion cut, cook it in the pan until golden brown. It make stomach feels nice, especially when I'm feeling upset stomach, I make this and I'm feeling better after that.
I believe it because of the contains in green onion and it's benefit for health.

Hi, everyone, welcome to my blog. In this post, I'm gonna share another recipe that I made for picnic plan with my friend, the first picnic plan recipe is making korean fish-shaped bread bungeoppang here.

I'm so happy that I can share something with you here. Tteokpokki is one of popular street snack in korea, like bungeoppang, i love the spicy taste and a little bit sour and sweet from the sauce, but of course I love spicy flavor from it because I'm spicy food lover. Before it's really hard to find and buy tteokpokki and so do the special sauce of it, so I'm trying to make one (flour tteokpokki base). I tried many way to make it easier, from steam the dough until boiling the dough and I think it easier to make it with boiling tehnique. Now, we can buy it online but sometime I choose to make fresh tteokpokki on my own. It can take sometime, but when you used to it, you'll find it easier for you, and it won't take time, you'll be happy and so do your family.

The main ingredients to make tteokpokki is easier to find, we just need flour (all purpose flour) and rice flour. Let's get it started!

First you need to mix all purpose flour (around 1/2 cup) and rice flour (around 1 cup). Add a little bit of salt (1 tsp). You can adjust the saltiness to your preference.

For the sauce you will need :
1 tbsp Korean sauce gochujang
1 tbsp Korean hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp hot chilli pepper flakes
1/2 tsp balado flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 tbsp hot water
Mix well all the sauce ingredients together

Pour in hot water (3/4 cup) gradually with spoon, knead it, you can add some more water or flour until you find soft texture, you can also add oil (around 1 tsp or so).

Shape your dough into tteokpokki shape, and you're ready to boil it while you shape more tteokpokki

Boil your tteokpokki right away after you shape it, to make it fresh.

After it's cooked, preheat pan with vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp), add the sauce mixture. Add ttekpokki and mix it well with the sauce.

You're tteokpokki is ready! Serve it while it's hot will be more delicious. Enjoy! Happy Cooking! Hope you like, comment and share it! I'd like you to share if you make one here! See you on my next post!

Yesterday I went to my friend house and make something for picnic plan, so I decided to make some sweet things and Bungeoppang became my choice. I love bungeoppang so much, it has light taste but sweet, it's perfect snack for picnic. I got this recipe from Maangchi, one of korean youtuber that cooking especially korean food. The step to how it cooked may a little bit different from Maangchi, but the ingredients is the same. We just need to mix all the ingredients and it doesn't much, and easy to find, you may have it and stock it in your kitchen, just grab it. And I love with the result, it's turned out crispy, sweet golden brown. Bungeoppang is one of most popular Korean street snack, you may want to try it if you like sweet things, some of you may like it because some korean drama show how delicious this snack looks like. We just need to try something to make our life more savory and delicious (just like the food we ate) hehe.

I'm so thankful and happy that my friend also like the taste of Bungeoppang, actually we really have similar taste in food, so I'm relieved for this. It's especially more delicious when it's hot, so it's better to eat it right away after you made it, you'll love the taste of it, I hope so. For this bungeoppang I make something different with the usual one, I filled the bread with some bananas, while the original one filled it with red bean paste, you can always adjust it to your taste, no offend, just enjoy what you like and that can make you feel happy and special. Enjoy cooking!

Korean Fish-shaped bread (붕어빵) recipe

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon brown or white sugar
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sweet red beans (canned or homemade), I'm using bananas filling for this, you can smashed it or just cut it in small pieces.
It's pretty easy to make this, for the first step we can prepared some bananas like this (I just cut it in small pieces, to make a little bit texture of it) or smashed it like puree.

Prepare mixture ingredients, dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt)
For wet ingredients just water, sugar (granulated sugar).
Mix the dry and wet ingredients, and then I also added vegetable oil in it to make it crispy

Prepare your bungeoppang pan, preheat it in your gas stove/ electrical stove and grease with oil

Take some mixture, added the filling and covered it again with some mixture, close the pan, and wait until golden brown, it takes around 3 minutes for each flipped.
Your korean fish-shaped cake bungeoppang is ready to be served. Enjoy it while it's still hot!

Hi! Everyone in this episode of cooking with me, I would like to share about one of my favorite sweet dish from Korea. I love the beautiful and sweet filling, so caramelized. It's also one of my family's favorite. I got the original recipe from Maangchi, and I adjusted it to my liking. The crispiness become one of the reason  that make me want to make it more and more often or just once in a while or wherever I'm craving for something sweet. I think kids even adult will love this! Try it at home when you wanna get new experience of unique food! Let's get it started!

We need :

for dough :
2 cup all purpose flour,
1 cup lukewarm water,
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 tbs white sugar

For filling :

brown sugar
sesame seed

First, mix 1 cup lukewarm water with instant yeast, sugar and salt, also add vegetable oil, mix it well

Let it seat until double volume or 1 hour, and you'll get this kind of consistency
After 1 hour or so, stir the dough with spatula

Adding flour until you find elastic, soft and moist consistency, do not add too much flour, maybe around 1/2 cup, just to make sure it's not that sticky while you shaped it.

Prepare your brown sugar, mix it with sesame seed, and your filling is ready

Preheat your pan, grease with a little bit oil
Take some of dough, flatten it, add some sugar filling, make it round shape. Cook it on the pan, wait a few second until bottom side a little bit browned, flipped it and flatten it.
